Dean became President and owner in January 2013. He has been with Graham since 2006. Dean has 40+ year tenure as a commercial loan underwriter and originator. 35+ of those years have been spent in Dallas. Dean focuses his time on new product development, investor relations and marketing activities. He remains active as a senior member of the loan committee.
